“Awful corrupt company”

I have worked in social care for almost 30years and was appauled at my treatment at M.H the frontline staff are amazing, but, management from team leaders through to area manager are dreadful. Total lack of support and honesty. The management are all childhood friends, challenge one over bad practice and you are ingnored lied to and treated terribly.
One manager lulled me into a conversation about my concerns and then secretly recorded what i said and played it to the whole management team. Awful
