“DO NOT BUY FROM GARDEN BUILDINGS DIRECT”

Whatever you do, do not order a shed or cabin from this company. The service is appalling ! The scheduled delivery date was not kept. when ir did arrive , thee were damaged and incomplete parts of the cabin. It is recommended that it is constructed within 4 weeks of delivery. It has taken 7 weeks for the replacement parts to be delivered and they have delivered the wrong pieces. It is impossible to speak to anyone in any position of authority as the call centre is in the Philippines. So effectively there is no after care service team that can assist in any way other than sending emails. I am now left with a half constructed cabin in the garden that cannot be completed until the correct parts are replaced .Which if it takes another 7 weeks, the whole lot will have become damaged due to the weather. So if you are considering spending £2500 on a wooden cabin from gardens buildings direct..I strongly advise you to NOT BOTHER and SHOP ELSEWHERE !!!
