“My experience at Asda optician”

I've had many pairs of varifocal glasses from my local Asda in South Liverpool and had great friendly professional service and good value every time. I had my eyes tested in the same branch for the first time earlier this year. I was concerned that I was having slight double vision/ghosting on words and text on my T.V. plus my glasses didn't seem to be working for me as they did. Remembering that macular degeneration was within both sides of my family, I was very worried about losing my sight or much of it same as my father and my aunt. I was tested by young optician who was reassuring and friendly after telling her of my fears. After a fairly longer than usual test, she assured me that no macular degeneration was present and that the reason for the double vision was a muscular thing and could easily be corrected by a prism in the lens and that my general prescription reading and distance needed to be higher. My glasses were ordered and the result was the best clear vision and better from any optician I'd ever had. I can't fault Asda opticians and always had excellent service from the start.
