“Orlando Villa”

I would like to record how happy with the villa we all were. Having stayed in a few before provided by other companies this one was the best by far. Exactly as described and marketed by yourselves it was superb. The attention to detail as to what was provided was excellent. For example a lap top was provided for free if you needed it. Everything you can think of was provided. Quality, hygiene and cleanliness was first class. A real pleasure to stay here. If you do have any direct contact with the owners could you please pass on my comments.

As for yourselves again a pleasure to deal with. Everything on your website was delivered fully - no hidden surprises! When I called your offices I always had a friendly and helpful response. The Sat Nav you provided was very good as was the process of receiving and returning.

In short a very happy customer. When returning to Florida in future I will definitely be using your company.
