“Avoid!! You will get rippee off! ”

Bought a product for £40. Didn't recieve anything after a week, so i decided to chase to see when it will be dispatched. I was advised that there was a delay but should get it by end of the week. After the 2nd week still didin't recieve anything as promised. Chased again... told them same thing - will get by end of the week latest but still nohing. Got fed up and emailed them for a refund. Didn't get any responce after 3 attempts of chasing them. No point trying to ring them as it just goes to voicemail!!! and the live chat is a waste of time too. There isn't anyone available to chat!! The conpany is a total rip off!
