“POOR SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF”

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

Please whatever you do not book an holiday through this company. If there is a problem with your holiday booking for any reason, something as simple as changing a name they will charge you a horrendous amount. When you speak to the staff they are rude and unhelpful and just do not seem to care about the service they are offering. To make a call it is 13 pence per minute and most of the tine there is a long wait before anyone picks up.

Avoid, Avoid Avoid at all cost!!!!!!
