“Excellent booking service - reviewing prior to holiday”

I cannot fault the service at Far and Ride at all. The staff have been absolutely amazing and very engaging. They understand everything we require and are happy to help with even the silliest of questions. It really helps that they have been on the rides themselves, at least in our case, and I am full of confidence that we will have an amazing holiday - will be reviewing again upon our return. The level of dedication to each customer shines through with every correspondence. We are so excited to be going away (to Croatia) and it has been entirely due to Far and Ride - their informative advertisements for even late-notice bookings and for helping us out and being extremely patient with our somewhat difficult situation, being easily contacted on the weekend as well. The booking and riding experience forms are comprehensive and I feel as though if there were any problems with any aspect of our experience levels then the team would be in touch straight away - not just to inform us but to help us and advise on more appropriate holidays.
