Absolute horrible experience. Waited on the customer service line forever multiple times, but if you call and hit to be connected to 'new booking' someone picks up immediately - go figured. Had an issue with my booking and they said would follow up but never did. This company does not know how to service customers. STAY AWAY! Stick to a reputable company that knows how to ensure a positive customer experience!
