“Very motivating”

I have pleasure in reviewing this nutra check app and web. I have been using it for a couple of months now and have lost 3 stone. I had a few connection problems at the beginning but mostly it is now sorted out by the very helpful and friendly team. If you have problems e-mail them they will do their best to sort it out. Using the calorie counter makes me realize how much I was eating and just how many calories there are in certain foods. It takes a while to build up your favorites but it gets quicker and quicker to add to your diary. The more I use it the more I learn about new things on it. It took me a long time to realize how to delete things when I added them to the favorites. I learnt by trial and error. It would be a good idea to have a how to use section in the app to help with problems like this. I am very motivated when I get an e-mail with congratulations and an award I can print off andput on my fridge. Well done nutracheck I have been trying to lose weight for years this is working for me.
