I started this a few years ago and things happened that i couldn't follow it as my mind wasn't right, so in march 2017 i thought i would give it another go. I found it so easy to follow its not a diet it's just making changes to what I eat. It's surprising what you can eat as long as you keep to your calories and do your allocated exercise. I eat the same as my family but smaller portions. I love the challenges that they set as that pushes me to do even better. The forum is fantastic, the other people are wonderful. The staff members are wonderful anything you want to know or anything you want to find out you only have to ask them and they email you. I tried the free week first and learnt from that and anything I needed to know i emailed them before purchased it. I think its cheap and you get great results
