“Dreadful HSBC”

HSBC are dreadful. They are slow, incompetent, blatantly lie on the phone and have made our experience of buying a house terrible.
Our mortgage was approved over 2 months ago and yet we have been waiting for HSBC to instruct solicitors so that the funds can be transferred.
Every day a phone call to a different person within HSBC proves equally worthless.

We are likely to lose the property and will have to move into rented accomodation
