I have travelled by air to Canada ON A REGULAR basis since 1974 and watched the standard of service drop however this year Transat hit a new low flight TS725 on 26th June was 2 hours late a weak apology provided by the captain
The return flight 724 on the 10th July had seats that were old badly maintained lopsided and to make things worse the meal consisted of a hot sandwich which at midnight was totally inedible. As for the crew they were sullen and unwelcoming
I would have complained on board but would have been accused of being disruptive
This most likely will be my last flight with Transat
