“Appalling company / service”

Where do I start, my parents and I purchased and agreed a price on a motorhome £47,500 to be correct we agreed a 4 week turn around on the day of collection they then called when they where already on route to collect to say it's going to be another week, okay fair enough my parents said!

Then the week past and yet again on the day of collection phone call again to say there is a problem with the fridge in the bus and must be replaced okay no problem my parents say, then they ask for a contribution towards the fridge........ I think not that's why we bought from a company...... it's called peace of mind!! Now they are saying it's going to be another 2-3 weeks to fix the issue this is an absolute joke to be honest! My dad then called to say he's not happy with the service and feels it's taking far to long and he's going to have to take his money and business else where and the response was just, okay can you send it over in writing, no apologie or even a sorry!! Not even a phone call since to see how they arr and maybe to try and recoup the business back from my parents! In my opinion I run my own business I would be on the phone saying sorry and trying to regain the trust back in my customer and to get the business back but In this company's case I guess not!

Really bad service I'm very upset!!!

My parents didn't want me to write anything but sometimes customers need to know the truth!!!
