1. We contracted with the Knowledge Academy (KA) for a course that included the industry standard program guides. However, they supplied a KA study guide instead. When we raised the issue, we were sent the contracted materials after the course was over.
2. They also failed to provide proper instructor POC information for an onsite course which resulted in the course almost cancelled then last minute switch to an unsatisfactory venue.
3. We also purchased a "Knowledge Pass" but KA expected and tasked our team to coordinate delegate registration rather than provide the service we paid for.
4.Both the events and quality control teams were unable to perform the most basic services to ensure we received the services that were contracted.
Based on our experience, the Knowledge Academy is only concerned with sales, but do not provide the services
