Been learning to drive with this company for a few months. A week before my practical test my instructor had an eye infection so I had my lesson cancelled but was told not to worry, my test would be okay. The night before my test I have a text saying sorry I can't do your test, try and find someone else! Needless to say we got on the phone to the company and they didn't know anything about this situation and they would arrange cover and call back. We are still callinging them now, still no cover has been organised and I have missed my driving test which looks bad on myself plus I've lost the test fee and a days earnings for having a day off work. What a joke!
