“Couldn't care less”

Wandahome (South Cave) sell themselves as 'Selling you your perfect lifestyle caravan or motorhome is just the beginning. Our highly skilled and stocked repair centre is one of the best in the country.' Unfortunately my experience is massively different to this. The sales team made an px offer and then decided it was too high so tried to cut the price in half. The handover then took another 3hrs to handover. After all of this the new caravan had a major defect rendering it useless after the tow home. Were they bothered. No they couldn't careless, 4 weeks to get a return call and then leaving it with another repairer to deal with as they simply could not be bothered to help in the first instance and they are trying to keep away from it. Communication is none existent. Wouldn't recommend buying a caravan from here. On the plus side the shop is well stocked and the shop staff are very helpful.
