Just purchased tickets on 10th July for the arsenal Emirates cup. But now after reading.negative reviews I am very concerned. I want a refund as I don't even know the block or row we're sitting in worried about getting there and no seats has been allocated. Had no receipt there's no contact number so can speak to a human being. If no reply I will be myself reporting them to trading standards and the police. Not good enough.

All i want is my tickets or refund Never again it's not a nice situation to be in.
