“Apparently 'in stock' but still awaiting arrival at store”

I ordered an Amazon Firestick and checked online to see that it was available. It was shown as 'In Stock' at my local Bognor Regis store, so I ordered and paid for it, assuming I would collect it within thirty minutes or so as it was shown as 'in stock'.
Here I am, THIRTY HOURS later, a day after ordering, still awaiting the email staing it was awaiting collection from my local store. Should the situation remain the same in the morning, the order will be immediately cancelled and I shall go to Argus instead.

Tesco need to remember it takes a long time to gain a favourable reputation, but it can be lost very quickly.

Shambolic service. Don't say an item is in stock if it isn't. Management need to get a grip and take positive action.
