So I order my trousers, bodysuit & waterfall coat on the 30th of June which I had been told would be here in 2-4 days, I am still waiting for my delievery which was actually ordered for a special event coming up on the 11th and I'm still waiting for it. I have emailed them plenty of times to which they asked for my order number very rudely and aggressively as if I was lying and when given I got no response and then got an email from a random company telling me I would get a refund for only one of the items I ordered because it wasn't in stock but the website still let me buy it. When I emailed the actually people behind the company about this they had no clue about any refund and still only told me my order was gonna be on its way soon. So now I am still waiting for my trousers and bodysuit, and it might not even be here for when needed which is just unnecessary clothing now but of course I cannot get a refund great.
