“Good but also not good”

Your administration is very good BUT when at Kruger Nat Park I learned that I could have got 40% pensioners discount when booking through Kruger Nat park themselves!! That amounts to nearly R1000! The person I booked through with krugerpark.com never mentioned it and never brought it into consideration. Next time I will not use Krugerpark.com again and I will inform my friends as well.
