After an accident in my company car resulting in repairs being required to a rear wheel arch and door (not a major incident!). The original repair was scheduled for 2-3 weeks from the ok. With just a matter of days before the repair was due to commence I was advised that the repair was being put back almost a month due to a delay in the parts having to come from Germany. The time for the repair was quoted as 5 - 10 working days, however, just been advised they are STILL AWAITING PARTS after the car has been with them 9 of the quoted 10 working days ON TOP of the original delay of nearly a month. Communication has been very poor on a number of occassions and I had to progress chase this 2-3 times before getting some response but still not a response with any clear answer. This is on top of having to change their loan car after 4 days without being advised previously that this would be the case (and after just refueling the car) that I would have to switch to a much smaller car. Original repair was originally scheduled a month ago delayed because of parts (this is a standard common Audi not a Ferrari or Lamborghini!), now July 6 with still no idea of when I can get my car back!! Now nearly 3 months and counting with a damaged car with no end in sight....
