Possibly the worst experience I have received hiring a vehicle. From start to finish Kendall's Wimbledon customer service was a joke. Even when the vehicle was returned twelve hours early using the gate code and key safe, the company had the temerity to leave a voicemail demanding where the vehicle was and threatening me with additional charges and that the insurance was now void as well as having a customer waiting for the vehicle even though the vehicle was within their premises and keys in the safe. I contacted the Company regarding the situation and they were extremely disparaging regarding the events.
