“Dragging storylines”

Not long ago we would've rated Emmerdale as 5* but they've started stretching storylines way beyond the interesting to the point where you just finish up not caring what happens. Take the story of the video that's running at the moment. We're in the middle of the episode on 4th July 2017. We're expecting that it's not going to be resolved again. We're close to giving up on this soap, a shame after all these years but ye Gods, there is a limit. Do us a favour, please. Producers, please get some decent scriptwriters in.
