We were both paying £3.90 / month for our mobile plans but the price was more than doubled this month and I do not remember being advised that it was due to go up or I would have 'upgraded' it sooner. I may have missed it among all the other junk that comes in but I am still very annoyed the way I have been treated. You provide reasonable value for money for a couple like us but it would be appreciated if you would look after us better.
Other Problems:
1 I was in Canada recently and could not send any emails.
2 The Youview box needs to be reset continually and we do not use it now except for catchup.
I would only recommend you to a friend with major reservations and certainly not to anybody who was very dependant on the email system.
Having said all that I have now been with you now for over 10 years.
