I have made quite a lot of bookings myself and for family with them. It was appreciative until recently when I informed that I was getting a better deal elsewhere on an online portal and asked if they could check and match, the agent got upset and challenged us that our booking would not go through and that we would face hassles. Well we did not face any issue, in fact, We saved about 400 bucks. The agent rudely disconnected our call.
I doubt if I will be a returning customer to mytickets.
Advice to the service provider: one bad action could nullify all your previous good service. So, be courteous to your customers.
