After taking over a business Opus have become weekly stalkers on the phone. Within a day of agreeing to them being our suppliers I discovered their guaranteed lowest rates were NOT. Our new supplier assured us there is a cooling off period of 14days where you have the right to cancel & that Opus should have made me aware of this which of course they did not. I switched to my new supplier & have now been endlessly hounded by opus refusing to accept I have changed suppliers. Apart from the constant calling I now have a bill for gas which we do not even have on the premises ! Customer service is appalling. Cold callers are rude & intimidating. No advice is given about cancellation cooling off or cancellation fees. Phone calls to customer service resolve nothing. Trading standards need to take action !
