I was recommended this card in branch when I went to change money for travelling. The woman behind the counter entered my details incorrectly and then said they would email me when I asked if she's like my email address she said oh yeah I skipped that part they'll write to you! Two weeks later I had a letter asking me to send a copy of my passport which I had already done so I emailed them with my passport card number address etc another few days and they said they needed me to send the details again!' I am now travelling and still trying to sort!! WASTE OF TIME DO NOT USE
