“Distributors unreliable!”

I ordered flowers on Tuesday the 13th of June for next day delivery to a friend who's sister died. I was called and sent an email to be advised that due to a family emergency the local florist would not be able deliver until the next day. Ok, I was fine with that however then I received an email the next day that it wouldn't be delivered until Saturday. I then called the toll free number and they told me the reason was because the florist would not have the plants available for the arrangement until Friday!?! They did offer me a free upgrade to the deluxe arrangement free of charge, I reluctantly accepted and they apologized for the inconvenience. Then I contacted my friend on Saturday and she did not receive it!!! I called on Sunday but they said they would les leave a message to call me Monday morning because offices are closed. NO ONE CALLED ON MONDAY morning!!! Tuesday I called, they contacted the florist who only spoke French and was asked to call back the next day! I said no and asked for a full refund. I've received the email confirming the refund. Now I have to wait for the transaction to be processed. I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN, THEY REALLY NEED TO FIND RELIABLE FLORISTS!!!
