I have just had confirmation of payment 5weeks since I paid the vet bill on my credit card, I phoned on several occasions to be told more information was needed which as I had contacted both vets I assumed it had been sent.One vet had failed to send this although they assured me that it had been sent and this was causing the delay . it was only on the last call we asked what was happening that we found out what was needed and the matter was resolved. I feel if things had been made clearer initially it could have saved all the frustrating delay.Some of the staff we spoke with were not helpful and in one case quite rude, so overall we are not too impressed with the service we have received. I now have to pay interest on the payment that was made on my credit card due to the unnecessary delay
