I placed an order three weeks ago. Went to collect it and waited 10 minutes to be served and eventually gave up. I emailed the 'customer care' team and still have yet to receive a refund. They are asking me to verify that I have not collected the order....why?? Why can they not contact their own store and check to make sure the parcel is there. In my opinion you would be better using another company who values their customers and wants to help and listen to how their service can be improved.
