“Cracked Lining on Daewoo Fridge Freezer”

Great service from Appliance City until a fault occurs, especially after guarantee period. My Daewoo Fridge Freezer had internal cracks on lining at back of fridge in a semi hidden and protected area. I have never seen this fault in any fridge freezer before even after 20 years service so to find this after two years was more than disappointing especially as this was a £700 appliance. Basically Appliance City / Daewoo need a formal engineers report to provide some form of help. I am a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years experience related to plastics and processes but my analysis is insufficient according to them. I recommend that you do not buy a Daewoo Fridge Freezer or at least you inspect for internal cracks on immediate receipt.
