“Awful Company”

I have used Viking for many years, I no longer have an account manager, they have tried increasing prices drastically. Look at this dialogue for customer service, it also turned out that the person I dealt with had not left Viking and reverted my price back to the original price. Also don't be fooled by Viking's 99p per ream A4 paper price you can only by this on one occasion.
It is the end of the line between me & Viking.

This man is no longer with the company. I can only go by what I have here and that paper was not on a fixed a price. As a company we will not be selling anything below cost.It states on your special price list that all prices are subject to industry wide change. We are not able to call every customer to let them no about a price increase. We do not have the time for that.

You no longer have an account manager as Viking have removed this service.

There is no agreed price on your account for £1.59.That is below cost. I can not match that price as below cost. If you refuse delivery it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be raised for you.

I have agreed with the person I dealt with a price of £1.59 for a pallet of paper, If you are charging £2.19 I don’t want it, the product code you are supplying is different to the paper we normally order, If you are charging £2.19 I will instruct our warehouse team not to unload the delivery.
