“Extremely poor after sales service”

They seemed like they offered an interesting range of chillies so made and order. The order was sent out quickly in good quality packaging with healthy looking plug plants.
However one plug had a broken stem!
I photographed this and sent an email, no response.
Made a phone call, no response.
Made several more phone calls and emails but no response.
Stopped pursuing it any further for the sake of a couple of pounds but will certainly not be using them again.
Disappointingly disingenuous attitude to their customers, I certainly would not recommend buying from them.
