“12 months membership is actually 13!”

Joined under a special offer of £5 for the first month. I've tried to cancel a month before my 12 months is up to be told my first month doesn't count so they now want a 13th payment.

So despite agreeing to be member for 12 months, I have to stay for 13.

BE AWARE as stated on the website terms and conditions if you don't give written cancellation after 12 months (but really 13) they automatically renew your contract for a further 12 (probably 13) months and hold you prisoner to paying again for a full year
