I placed an order for a TV, my first order with them. It did not arrive when I was told it would. It turns out that they had no stock. I am also sent an email asking me to pay a minimum amount 'before' they have the stock available. I spoke to an adviser & cancelled the TV order, but also said to them that I did not want to be chased for payment of goods I never received. I asked them to make a note of this on my account. All I thought was ok until half an hour later I receive and order acknowledgement for two pairs of shoes I had not ordered being delivered 200 miles away from my home address. I phoned back immediately and shut down the account. What a mess.
My advise "Steer Clear" I wouldn't give one star, wrote this as I was so upset.
