“The pits! Absolutely shocking! Avoid like the plague!”

This company is the absolute pits. They have allowed a claim to be made against me knowing full well what has been alleged is a load of rubbish. I have provided them with photographic evidence showing there is NO damage to my car and proof written in black and white that I was nowhere near where the alleged incident took place at the time it was alleged. However, they are happy to simply sit back and do nothing about it. It is always me having to contact them, they never contact me or update me and are basically allowing the third party to get away with their actions. The whole circumstances of this claim are absurd yet they never question any of it, they let it carry on. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will certainly not be using them again. I have been let down so badly and have had unnecessary stress put upon me. I shouldn't have to keep telling these people what to do next, they should be working on my behalf. I wish I'd have done my research before going with this Company because it's been a lesson learned the hard way. If you have any sense you'll avoid them like the plague. They do absolutely nothing for the huge premiums they charge people. They'll never be on your side even though that's what you're paying them for.
