My electricity contract was coming to an end so I decided to use Business Juice to help me choose anew supplier and make the switch. It took 9 months, hours of my time wasted on emails, live chats, phone calls. My meter number was given to Scottish Power incorrectly so a completely different company ended up being billed for my electricity. I have spent hours trying to resolve this and still haven't managed to! I was promised compensation, but craftily only on the phone so I have no proof of that and now they have backtracked and denied this. I will avoid this company like the plague in future and suggest you do the same!
