I had issues over a 2 month period with my broadband through Timico and have now switched suppliers. Their customer service is rude and blames the customer when it's their service at fault. Internet was dropping daily, they blamed the router then blamed the line both of which were working fine as I had them checked independently. Mysteriously about an hour after reporting the fault the service would come back. No interest in retaining customers and clearly disrupting the service of individuals to focus on their corporate clients. Would not recommend this company. There's much better deals and service available through many alternative suppliers.
