Broke down abroad, called breakdown number, got told I needed to be transferred through to their France dept, no issue makes sense,
French dept pick up the call and just put the phone down, tried to call back, just put into a queue
Manage to sort the breakdown myself
When I report it on my return their response is to refund me my fee and cancel my membership
An apology would have been nice
