“Outstanding Product and Customer Service”

We are renovating our house and have had the whole process of replacing all of the windows and doors made stress-free by the team at Byng Joinery. From the point of initial contact and discussions around our options and design features to the final delivery, we have felt completely understood and listened to. Our sales contact did his utmost to help us because we needed to stagger the delivery in phases according to building work. We are delighted with every aspect of our relationship with Byng Joinery - every single member of staff we've dealt with has been courteous and professional every step of the way, from the delivery team through to accounts. I really cannot speak highly enough of this company - they are head and shoulders above any of the other companies we considered. Their product is as exemplary as their customer service, each window proving to be the perfect fit and design. Already we are noticing a difference in the noise reduction inside our house let alone the lack of drafts!! As you can tell we are more than pleased!
