I ordered £ 50 worth of items frim Kiko Cosmetics. They are part of a large corporate.
I have not received my parcel for 15 days and called their customer services.
They told me they needed to investigate what happenned to my parcel.
After 3 weeks they still didnt get back to me and everytime Ii called they told me to wait.
I asked to be referred to a more senior person. They didnt give ne any names. They didnt respond to my rmails.
I dont know how these vonpanies are allowed to operate in the UK where consimers have rights to expect goods and services for their payment.
Shame on their corporate officers
