“very poor service - avoid”

I ordered 10 large moving boxes from packingboxes. First of all, the delivery was 4 weeks late. I called almost every day, trying to inquire, but the staff either did not pick up the phone, or if they did, they were very unfriendly and seemingly annoyed that I would call that often. Obviously, they kept promising to deliver, but it did not happen for literally 4 weeks. Furthermore, half of my delivery was cancelled, without notifying me. I had to wait for another 4 weeks for my refund, making numerous phone calls and being promised the refund. The last resort was to threaten them with legal action, which finally prompted them to refund the cancelled part of the order.

The product itself was good, although three of the boxes arrived chipped and they were very poorly wrapped between "cardboard pieces". You can buy the same products somewhere else, so avoid packingboxes at all costs.
