“Probably i will have to wait more than 3 Month”

After 20 Days of waiting for my order, Tracking Status was: Undeliverable item, will be returned to sender. Since two packages were sent and one of it arrived it was clearly that my address is correct. Nevertheless the support team asked me several times about the shipping address and wanted to confirm it, but nothing else happened! Instead they told me to wait another 40 days (2 month total)! After that time they will be able to start a research where the package is. Why they have to research? Tracking says it's beeing returned!!
So after all i'm still waiting and probably i will have to wait more than 3 Month total for it to arrive!!!
I have no words for this.... it's just ridiculous
Never seen such a bad service
