“Terrible experience - Don't trust the package summary!”

We specially opted for this package and car because it stated at the time booking that the car company was situated in the airport and it included full insurance.

After a frustrating time of around 45 minutes trying to locate the car rental company on arrival. We eventually had to trek to the other side of the airport to the domestic terminal with all our luggage where their desk was situated - this was not detailed anywhere on the paperwork.

Despite being under the illusion that we had full insurance as part of our booking, the rental company would not release the car until they had secured 2800 TL from my partners credit card.

The were insisting on him 'upgrading' his cover again at extra cost to which he initially refused until we could at least have an opportunity to try and contact customers services to find out what was going on - which was unsuccessful.

Only having had the car 2 days one of the tyres blew up on the motorway, which we had to pay to have repaired!

Luckily my partner is Turkish but none of the paperwork or documents on collection of the car were in English so I had no clue!

I will never use this company again absolute rip off.
