Good Points
NTL is brilliant with it's new on demand feature like sky+ but you can watch any thing for free as well so you dont need to pay £10 a month. If you have select pack you have SKY One and the other popular channels without paying £10 to £50 a month. I also have Sky Digital which is also amazing but with NTL you can choose a new set top box like a samsung like we have. It's absolutely amazing so if you've missed a programme then swich on to NTL. Also they're changing the channel numbers so it's going to be like sky's numbers as well.

Bad Points
Sky have a costly customer service but its ok. and with NTL its brilliant you dont need to pay up for an engineer which comes to your house the next 2-3 days which is brilliant instead of paying for an engineer for £65 or more.

General Comments
Brilliant both machines are very fast and it doesnt take time to switch over.
