“Service excellent however, website is a relic. ”

Great service in terms of listing but actually negotiating the website from a buyer's perspective is not easy.

Despite from where I access or on what device, it seems to take an age to load and keeps crashing and having to reload.

This happens whilst using differing devices at home, work or via 4g on my phone.
