WRITE A REVIEW

“Great but flawed”

Started off really well, great price and a good deal. Excellent service from the surveyor to take measurements. Pretty flexible when booking dates in to fit. Job had to be staggered due to the amount of carpet involved. They turned up on time in, except the last day. This was looking like the perfect service from start to finish until the final fitting day. Newly painted walls were marked quite badly marked, the fitters seemed keen to be elsewhere and most annoyingly charged extra 'cash' right at the last minute without mentioning a charge previously. They didn't hoover and were wearing outside shoes on the new carpet, that they had just fitted the day before! All in all an excellent service let down badly by the fitters on the final day. Their attitude changed everything and we now wouldn't recommend them. No follow up phone call to check if everything was satisfactory after the fitter left. Real shame.
