“No customer service”

Been with Zooplus since 2016 average two monthly order - £80. Last order tins of cat meat (almo nature 280g chicken&whitebait) were filled with water and very little meat to a point some were water and no meat. I left a review on their website which was ignored, contacted customer services and was totally ignored. I've been trying to find a way of deleting my account with them with no success customer services will not reply to mail. I'd say keep well away.
