“Brilliant customer service”

I ordered a pair of Skechers shoes in my normal size, when they arrived they were too big. I emailed customer service asking them to measure exactly toe to heel length which they did and they replaced for a smaller size with free postage within days - brilliant. Would definitely shop with them again.
