“Itinary all wrong”

I have travelled with Leisure time a few times now. But just got back from Llandudno & was very disappointed in my trip. Leisure time have not thought it out very well. The trip was advertised as Llandudno & Snowdonia trip, but we were only given 30 mins in Snowdonia, we looked round the shop then back on coach, could not do a trip on train up Snowdonia nor have time to see the waterfalls, all our time was in first stop Port Marion 11/2 with very little to do there. The driver was very pleasant & explained that he had to follow his itinary. So Leisure time should change there itinary or description of holiday, because I feel I certainly have not seen Snowdonia which I was so looking forward too.
